WHEN DOES THE PROMOTION START AND FINISH?

WHERE IS THE PROMOTION RUNNING?

Any store within Australia that stocks Heineken Original Promotional Cases.

 

WHAT IS ON OFFER?

Purchase a specially marked 24 x 330ml case of Heineken Original, to share, from any store within Australia which stocks the product, go online to http://www.heineken007.com.au/ to fully complete the claim form, including the unique code printed inside the Promotional case purchased.

Valid claims receive a movie eVoucher valid for one (1) standard adult session ticket to the film – Bond “No Time to Die”. Redeemable at select cinemas (either Event Cinemas, Hoyts or Palace) as selected on the claim form.

eVouchers will be sent via email and SMS two weeks prior to the Australian cinema release of Bond “No Time to Die”, expected in November 2020.

 

HAS THE FILM RELEASE DATE CHANGED?

Yes. Please note that the James Bond ‘No Time To Die’ film release date has changed from 8th April 2020 to November 2020. Please check cinemas closer to the time for release dates.

 

HOW CAN I CLAIM MY eVOUCHER?

During the promotion period:

  1. visit http://www.heineken007.com.au/
  2. follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page;
  3. submit the claim form with your personal details; unique code found printed inside your promotional case and
  4. select your preferred cinema (Event Cinemas, Hoyts or Palace),
  5. submit the fully completed claim form.

Once you have submitted your online claim form and it has been approved, you will be sent an email to notify you if your claim has been approved.

Your eVoucher will be sent via email and SMS two (2) weeks prior to the Australian cinema release of Bond “No Time to Die”.

 

HOW WILL I RECEIVE eVOUCHER?

You will receive your eVoucher via email and SMS*, 2 weeks prior to the Australian cinema release of Bond “No Time to Die” as per the details you provided within the claim form submitted.

Please ensure this is correct, as we cannot take responsibility for eVouchers sent to incorrect email and/or phone numbers that were listed in your claim form.

 

HOW DO I REDEEM MY eVOUCHER?

All eVouchers will be issued 2 weeks prior to the Australian cinema release of Bond “No Time to Die”, currently scheduled for release in November 2020. These will be sent via email & SMS* to the contact details supplied in the claim form.

EVENT CINEMAS eVoucher:

Use your eVoucher to book online at eventcinemas.com.au or villagecinemas.com.au (booking fees apply) or present your eVoucher at the cinema box office.

HOYTS eVoucher:

This voucher must be exchanged at the Box Office or Candy Bar or redeemed at HOYTS.com.au or on the HOYTS App for your ticket (booking fees apply).

PALACE eVoucher:

Use your eVoucher to book online at palacecinemas.com.au (booking fees apply) or present your eVoucher at the cinema box office.

 

DOES MY eVOUCHER EXPIRE?

EVENT CINEMAS eVoucher:

This eVoucher is valid for in-season sessions of Bond "No Time To Die” only and will expire on the date indicated on the eVoucher or when the film ceases screening public sessions at EVENT Cinemas, whichever comes first.

HOYTS eVoucher:

This eVoucher will expire on the date indicated on the eVoucher or when the film ceases screening public sessions at HOYTS, whichever comes first.

PALACE eVoucher:

This eVoucher will expire on the date indicated on the eVoucher or when the film ceases screening public sessions at Palace, whichever comes first.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY eVOUCHER?

eVouchers will be sent via email and SMS two weeks prior to the Australian Cinematic release of Bond "No Time To Die”. You will also receive an email withing 24 hours of your claim to confirm if this has been approved.

 

WHERE IS MY eVOUCHER?

You will be sent an email and SMS within 24 hours of claim approval. Please check your Junk email or Spam folder if this does not appear in your inbox.

This will inform you if your claim has been accepted. You will then receive your eVoucher via email and SMS* 2 weeks prior to the Australian cinema release of Bond “No Time to Die” as per the details you provided within the claim form submitted.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN I CLAIM?

There is a limit of two (2) claims per person in the promotion.

There is a limit of only one (1) claim permitted per Promotional Case purchased (the same unique code cannot be used more than once), and there is a limit of one (1) claim permitted per person each day.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY CLAIM IS DEEMED INVALID?

You’ll be notified by email within one (1) business day from submission with the reason your claim is invalid and instructions on next steps.

If you are having an issue submitting your claim, and have been unable to contact us via the Contact Us page, please send us an email outlining the issue you have experienced, plus your contact details, your unique code and preferred cinema at [email protected] and we will make sure your claim gets processed.

 

*Palace Cinema vouchers will only be supplied via email
